Every class follows a structured strength training program that builds on itself week after week. We focus on foundational movements - squats, deadlifts, presses - using barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. You'll learn proper technique, progressively add weight, and see real progress. No random workouts or wondering what you're supposed to be doing. Just a clear path to getting strong.
