What to expect

Programming based off of your training and performance goals, training history, injury history, lifestyle, and so much more.

Never more than a 8:1 member to coach ratio to ensure individualized attention within a group setting.

You're able to schedule your training sessions at times convenient to you via our member app. And each time you come in, you can expect our coaches to help you through your unique program in a small team environment.

Our number one objective at WHBC is to put you in a position to succeed. Our coaching staff is benevolent, welcoming, encouraging, and obviously awesome at their craft. We promise to always work with you to find exercise variations that meet you where you're at and align with your training goals. 

During your training sessions, you can expect our coaches to walk the floor to make sure you know exactly what you're doing, and provide detailed individualized coaching cues, as well as help you navigate your training session. 

For each of our clients our promise is to generate pragmatic and creative solutions for providing the best possible training program for each of our athletes based of off their individual differences and needs.
