We're a small team with big ideas and a passion for doing things well.
Chris Robert
Co-Founder
Hi I am Chris, a competitive athlete, strength & conditioning coach, and most importantly a husband and father. With 15 years of experience, I've coached everyone from NFL athletes to complete beginners—I believe elite-level coaching should be accessible regardless of your starting point.
As an athlete, I've competed across multiple disciplines: football, powerlifting, Muay Thai, and Ironman Triathlon. I'm currently training for my thrid Ironman in 2026.
My educational foundation began at Temple University, where I specialized in exercise science. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to learn from some of the industry's most influential figures in person, whose mentorship has been instrumental in developing my approach to coaching.
Jaclyn Moran
Co-Founder
Hi everyone, I'm Jaclyn I was always active—running, playing volleyball, dancing—and working in my family's 60-lane bowling center that my dad owned and operated for over 50 years. I guess you could say I get my drive from him.
After graduating from Syracuse University, I worked in politics briefly before spending 10 years in Philadelphia's financial industry. During that time, I reignited my passion for training and found myself back in my running shoes and in the gym—which is exactly where I met my husband.
Strength training has the power to change everything. The confidence you get from doing hard things in the gym follows you everywhere else. And as a mom, being a strong role model for our daughter means showing her what women are capable of. That's exactly what I want to share with other women, too. The gym can feel intimidating, but it shouldn't. You belong here, and I'm on a mission to prove exactly that.

Ahmad Nakib
Ciao to everyone, my name is Ahmad. I'm from Lebanon, and I've always had a passion for sports and training. Therefore, I moved from Italy to the United States to study exercise sport science, where I got my degree from Temple University. Over the years, I have played basketball and soccer, competed in powerlifting, and completed my first push/pull competition and 5K race.
What I love most about coaching is being able to share that passion. I aim to make training approachable and meaningful, helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency in their own fitness journey. Additionally, I help individuals enjoy their training sessions and connect with other people who share the same goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new food and coffee spots with my wife Graciela, and I'm always on the lookout for great shawarma. I speak Arabic, French, English, and Italian. Life at home is full of energy thanks to our three wild and lovable cats..
Matty Borie
What up! My name is Matty, a Philadelphia native whose path has been shaped by fast, loud music, movement, art, and a deep respect for the process of becoming. That same energy still shows up in my life outside the gym, at punk shows, in the stories behind the tattoos I’ve collected over the years, working with my hands through carpentry, and spending time with family and close friends.
After a decade in San Diego serving in the military, my time out west naturally evolved into a career in training. What began as a pursuit of strength, performance, and measurable numbers gradually revealed something deeper - true strength isn’t defined by output alone, but by understanding. Because to truly understand is to transform what is. That realization shifted everything.
Now back in Philadelphia, where my roots run deep and where I’ve been fortunate to begin growing a family of my own, my work has taken on even greater meaning, to guide people toward a more refined way of training. One rooted in precision, sustainability, and self-awareness. My role is not simply to train or coach you, but to help your efforts in the gym translate seamlessly into your life and to make you the best conductor in the symphony of movement.
Craig Owen
Hello, hello! I’m Craig, and I’m a Strength & Conditioning coach, athlete of all trades, trophy husband, and the world’s greatest dad (I have the t-shirt to prove it!).
The gym & fitness industry has been my second home for well over a decade, coaching professional athletes, high school & collegiate athletes, youth athletes, moms, dads, grandmom’s, and quite literally everyone in between, but my bread & butter has always been helping regular folks—with jobs, kids, &/or life responsibilities—find their fitness & athleticism.
My career has offered me opportunities that I could’ve never imagined when I first started. I’ve mentored under some of the best S&C coaches in the world, knocked heads with the brightest minds in the industry, and spent the last few years mentoring and educating other coaches as they aspire to become exceptional coaches in their own right.
Those who know me have heard me say it before… anyone can be an athlete. And, it’s my job, mission, & passion to help everyone I possibly can to get there.
