Intro 2 Strength

Our main priority is ensuring that you get the best experience at our facility and starting with our Intro 2 Strength program allows us to do that. The purpose of Intro 2 Strength is to bring you into our gym with confidence. No matter your training background or experience level, anyone looking to join Warhorse gets 6 sessions over a 2 week period for just $199. During those 2 weeks, you will have the opportunity to train alongside fellow members during a Semi-Private session as our coaches guide you through an individualized program, familiarize you with the gym and give you the tools you need to be successful no matter which program you choose.


Ignite is our flagship team training strength and conditioning program. This program has been designed for athletes who are looking to build strength, improve their body composition, learn new skills, and build confidence that will transcend the gym. At Warhorse saw a need in the fitness industry for a strength-focused group training program that incorporated safe and intelligent programming, modifiable exercise selection, and top-notch coaching so we created it. From coaches who are there to not only provide a fun and motivating experience but also to teach you safe and effective lifting techniques. These fast-paced, 60-minute workouts combine strength training with a metabolic flare in an unbeatable team environment that’s guaranteed to keep you coming back and get you the results you’ve been looking for.


Semi-Private Training is our premium training option delivering individualized programming in a small group setting. Whether you’re looking to set a new PR, supplement your healthy lifestyle, or strategically train around a nagging injury – our experienced coaching staff will guide you through your personalized training experience.


The owners (Chris and Jaclyn) are awesome and really make the gym comfortable for all members. This is the starting point for everything great with War Horse. There is no stress signing up for classes or fretting over what the workout will be (They let you know beforehand!). There is a philosophy behind the training and they take it serious. Chris and Jaclyn attend the latest seminars in fitness and training and bring that detail back into the programming.
