What happens after I join?
We deliver our programs through the TrueCoach app. Within 24 hours of you placing your order, our team will create a TrueCoach account for you. You will receive instructions on how to download the app and log in. The program will already be loaded onto your account, and you can get started immediately.

How to cancel?
You can message us directly in the app, and we’ll handle your cancellation. Alternatively, feel free to email us at [email protected].

Please note that our billing system is separate from the app, so updating information in the app will not cancel your subscription or update your credit card details. For any billing questions or concerns, reach out to us through the app messenger or via email—we’re here to help!

Cancellation Terms for Online Program
Because you get access to the entire program, there are no refunds for any reason. Participants may cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the upcoming period, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation. Access to the program will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
