  • Getting started is easy: Book your free intro for a quick consultation to discuss your goals, decide what membership works for you, and start training with structure, purpose, and support.

  • We offer flexible training times throughout the day. Monday-Friday: 6am-11am, 4pm-7pm. Saturday: 8am-11am.

  • A large majority of our members are first-time gym goers. Our program is built for all fitness levels—whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, we meet you where you are

  • Warhorse specializes in custom team training. We prioritize each individual's goals and training background in a small group atmosphere. We also offer a women's-only strength training class at our northern liberties location and personal one-on-one training for those seeking individual attention from an expert coach.   • During your first session, you will train alongside other WHBC members while the coach provides expert guidance to ensure you receive proper instruction and get the most out of your training session.
