In-Person Week 1: Saturday 1/20/24

This free 90 minute in-person seminar will provide a comprehensive understanding of metabolism, energy breakdown, macronutrients, supplements, and sustainable approaches to fueling your body. Students will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed dietary choices and maintain a healthy lifestyle. WK 1 will conclude with a Q&A session and the option to join a dedicated Slack channel for ongoing discussions and support.
