• Sanction: PA-2023-13 
• Date: Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23. 
  
• Venue: Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel Scranton, 700 Lackawanna Ave, Scranton, PA 18503
  
• Meet Director: Chris Semick 
  
• This meet is open to all current USAPL Pennsylvania members. 
  Out of state lifters are welcome but will compete as guests.
• This is two day event with one platform and a 140 lifter cap.
• Membership must be purchased online via the USAPL website.
  
• There is no qualifying total needed for this meet.
• All USA Powerlifting rules will be followed and enforced. The rule book can be found here. 
• This meet will be drug tested. 
• American Records can be set. 
• Registration opens: Saturday, December 10th. 
• Entry free: $150.00 for 1st division.
• $20.00 for optional second division. 
• There are only refunds if the meet is cancelled. 
• Once the roster is posted, lifters cannot add or change divisions. 
• Coaches/handlers: $25.00 per-day. $40.00 for the entire weekend. MUST register online before the meet.
• Spectator passes will be sold at the door for $15.00 per-day. $20.00 for the entire weekend. 
• Each lifter will only be allowed one coach in the warm up room. 
• Entry Deadline is March 25th. 
• If you are under 18 you MUST bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.
• Meet updates/info: Any meet info will be emailed directly to lifters as well as posted on social media
