Whether you're a busy professional or a full-time parent, or maybe you like to train alone, our Hybrid program is perfect for anyone who wants to get fit and strong, without sacrificing their lifestyle.

How it works 

1: Schedule your free assessment. It's simple! First, you'll need to schedule a 30-minute strategy session. During this 30-minute session, you'll be asked to fill out a few forms that provide more background information regarding your health, training history, injury history, and goals. You will then sit down and have a more in-depth conversation with one of our coaches regarding your training and how we can best help you, followed by a brief movement screen. 

2: Start your program. After joining, you'll gain access to your fully customizable program AND have world-class strength coaches in your corner guiding you the entire way. Before leaving your strategy session and heading into your first training session, it is essential that you understand the ins and out's of the app and the program. So we will cover all of the need to knows and answer any questions before you head off for your first session. This strategy session will set you up for success. 

3. Schedule your in person training sessions. You will also gain access to our in person calendar so you can join other WHBC members and train with us in person for four training sessions each month. We'll provide you with on-the-spot coaching and feedback so you get the most out of the program.

4: We coach. You train. Follow tried and tested protocols to help you build strength and improve your body composition. Receive support from real coaches, request form checks and ask questions via the app. We blend a science-backed approach coupled with decades of in-person coaching experience. Our programming does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every portion of each training session comes with numerous movement options and modifications. If you ever have questions about which variation is best for you, our coaches are just a quick message away.  

Not to mention, during your four monthly training sessions, our coaches will also have the ability to provide you with hands-on form checks, better guide you when it comes to movement selection, and answer any more in-depth questions you may have.
